Jackson, Mich. — The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Storm Watch for Jackson County effective from Noon Friday, March 3 through 2:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4.
In addition of wet, heavy snow, wind could gust as high as 40 miles per hour with this storm. Snowfall rates could be as much as 1 inch per hour. The NWS says this could greatly affect the evening commute for Friday, and possibly even Saturday morning travel. Stay tuned to WKHM for the latest on this weather event.
