Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Balloon week has arrived in Jackson. Things kick off today with US Women’s National Hot Air Balloon Championship. Chairwoman of this year’s event, Angela Madden, talks about the new app where you can get all the need-to-know info for the championship and Hot Air Jubilee:
