Jackson, MI (WKHM) – Jackson has been chosen to host fifteen of the top female pilots from around the United States to compete in the US Women’s National Balloon Championship. This year, the event will be held at the Hot Air Jubilee in celebration of the 40th Anniversary. David Seekell, Chairman of the Hot Air Jubilee said “The Jackson community has long supported the Hot Air Jubilee and as part of our 40th Anniversary celebration, we are excited to host the competitors and show off our town. The women who compete for the chance to be crowned the national champion are highly decorated and outstanding pilots from all over the country. We look forward to hosting these remarkable women in our community.”
Jackson welcomes the following pilots to the area as celebrations for the Hot Air Jubilee’s 40th Anniversary kicks off July 21st –23rd.
