Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Yesterday was Jackson College (JC) day at WKHM – if you missed it, here are some of the highlights:

On the official opening of the brand new Jets Air Station, Athletic Director Courtney Ivan is in charge:

 

We spoke with Astronomical Observatory coordinator Talia Burns, the pride of Cornell University. She is running an astronomy camp next week for high schoolers:

Sandra Phelan, no relation to JC President Dan Phelan, has been with the Potter Center at Jackson College for nearly 30 years. They started selling tickets yesterday for the 2024-25 Potter Center season, which kicks off Sunday, October 13 with ‘Ambrosia.’ She told WKHM classic rock is still their most popular ticket:
