Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Full course today at the Country Club of Jackson for the 47th annual Tony Open. This event was started by Tony Consolino to help fight cancer and the Jackson community came aboard big time, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years.

This year the Consolino brothers and family are taking a more active role. We spoke earlier on WKHM with Phil Consolino. He ran the event for 10 years when his dad passed in 1994:
