Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — A 21-year-old man has been arrested by Jackson Police as part of the bank robbery spree earlier this week. The 21-year-old was allegedly driving the getaway vehicle and is also facing possible weapons charges.
Arrested earlier, a 50-year-old male for the robberies at the North Street branch of American 1 Credit Union Tuesday morning, then Wednesday morning, the Flagstar Bank on West Michigan Avenue in downtown Jackson. The 50-year-old is also being investigated for a robbery in Summit Township by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. This suspect, has a history of bank holdups and has served time for a previous offense.
