County Commissioner Steve Shotwell was unanimously appointed Chairman of the Jackson County Board of Commissioners Thursday. This makes the 15th consecutive year Shotwell has chaired the board. Shotwell was live on WKHM recently to wrap up the year in the county. He said road work was emphasized in 2019.
