Jackson, MI (WKHM) – The annual Rose Parade returns for the 2023 summer season and will march in to downtown Jackson this Sunday, June 4th.  The parade kicks off at 1pm starting at First St. and Michigan, ending on Mechanic St. this year.  McKibbin Media will be broadcasting live from the parade beginning at 1pm.

For the last thirty years, Jim Frances has spent many hours working on the Rose Festival.  Jim Frances on WKHM discusses directing the festival again this year, for the final time.
