Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Longtime Lumen Christi High School Baseball Coach Phil Clifford announced his retirement from coaching after 19 years. He spent five years as assistant coach and 14 years as head coach.

Clifford won nine district titles, won the state championship in 2015, and led the Titans to the finals this past year where they ultimately lost to Watervliet.

Clifford’s head coaching record was 277 – 146 – 2.
