A familiar brand in real estate is returning to Jackson. Doug Beiswanger made the announcement Tuesday morning on AM Jackson.

Beiswanger said Coldwell Banker Beiswanger Realty Group will have a large celebration later this summer.

The marketing power that comes with a major brand is one of the reasons for the change.
