Jackson, MI (WKHM) – The Jackson County Animal Shelter has been very helpful recently to local law enforcement when dealing with cases involving non-friendly animals. According to Jackson County Commissioner, Steve Shotwell on WKHM. Shotwell also added that the rehab that was happening to the building took a hit during the Covid pandemic, but is finally nearing completion.
