Jackson, MI (WKHM) – As reported on Thursday of this week, Cook Foundation & Flatwork has been awarded a bid that went nationwide and did receive interest out of town.  The JTA Center downtown will be receiving a major upgrade.  Patrick O’Dowd on WKHM.

At the transfer center, there will be plenty of cement work that will be done in two parts.

According to O’Dowd, the bus routes should not be affected and very limited traffic issues are expected.
