Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Jackson Police Department is searching for a man who escaped police custody. Tavis Dashay Porter, 32, was initially arrested on domestic assault charges.

Details on how he escaped or whether he is armed and dangerous have not been confirmed. A reward is being offered for information leading to his capture.
