Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Jackson High School students had an outstanding performance over the weekend in the DECA State Career Development competition in Detroit.
Jackson High produced four state champions that will go to Anaheim, CA next month for the national championships.
Hansika Rathod (Principal of Hospitality and Tourism), Cooper Alger, Andrew “Drew” Hesslau, and Ty Northrup (Independent Business Plan) beat the best of the best.
Jose Ortiz, Tanvi Tyagi, Tyshon Gray, Lennon Seagraves, Tobin Warren, Addison Richmond, Lauren Jones were all state finalists.
