Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Interfaith Shelter in Jackson is looking to expand their ability to serve the community with the construction of a new shelter designed to house families. Steve Castle with Interfaith told WKHM what benefits the building would bring to not only the shelter, but to the people they serve.

The newly opened Chick-fil-A restaurant location in Jackson decided to get involved and give the Interfaith Shelter a hand with feeding people.

There are many ways individuals can make a positive impact through the shelter, and they provide an Amazon wishlist that displays their needs.
