Several Jackson-area football teams will begin their postseason tonight.

The unbeaten Lumen Christi Titans haven’t lost since early in the 2017 season.  They have also won 3 straight Division 6 State Championships.  This season they find themselves in Division 7 and the road to Ford Field will be a challenge.  Tonight they host 7-2 Homer.  The game will be broadcast live on 970 am/101.5 fm and online at wkhm.com.  Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

Grass Lake lost to Addison 16-20 back on October 10th and lost their chance at the Cascades Conference championship.  Now the 8-1 Warriors will look to extend their postseason with a win over 5-4 Manchester.  The Warriors beat the Dutch 25-8 2 weeks ago.  The game will be broadcast live on K105.3 and k1053.com.  Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

– Jackson is back in the playoffs at 5-3.  The Vikings have a road match-up against unbeaten Battle Creek Lakeview.

– The 7-2 Western Panthers likewise have a road match-up against an unbeaten team.  The 9-0 Chelsea Bulldogs will host Western.

– Concord finished 5-4 and snuck into the playoffs.  It won’t be easy for the Yellowjackets to stay alive in the postseason as they will be on the road against 8-1 Lenawee Christian.

– Cascades Conference Champion Addison (7-2) will be on the road against Sand Creek (7-2)
