Spookfest in Hanover at Heritage Park will feature a number of events for the whole family, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Hanover Horton H.S. class of 2021.

Saturday at Meckley’s Flavor Fruit Farms the Jackson group Rescue Me will hold a pet parade with pets in costume. According to Grace Smith they’re looking for donations of cash or pet food.

Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Bright Walls site downtown, the Jackson Young Professionals will host a trunk-or-treat event called “Fright Walls.” WKHM’s Greg O’Connor recently spoke with Karen Bunnel and Sean Palmer.
