Four of the five Flint-area teens accused of throwing rocks off an overpass back in 2017 leading to the death of a 32 year-man have withdrawn their guilty please.
The pleas were made under the condition the the teens would be sentenced as juveniles. A judge ruled earlier this summer that all five would be sentenced as adults.
Kyle Anger, the teen accused of throwing the rock that struck and killed the 32 year-old man, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
