What’s Yardsaleapalooza?
Yardsaleapalooza is Jackson County’s LARGEST collection of actual YARD SALES in ONE location! Over 120 individual sales come together for one event in the Commonwealth Commerce Center’s MASSIVE parking lot!

What can you find at this thing?
Well, anything and everything you would expect to possibly find at a yard sale! We’re talking tools, jewelry, clothes, collectibles, records, toys, baby stuff, tables, video games, trinkets, coffee cups, and who knows what else! Plus, we always will have a couple of traditional vendors there for staples you may need like Scentsy and Color Street, etc – but the VAST majority of this thing are indeed YARD SALES!

When was the last time you PAID to show up at someone’s house and shop their yard sale??? I’m going to guess it’s never happened. Thus – Yardsaleapalooza is and always will be a FREE event. FREE to park. FREE to shop. Any place that CHARGES YOU to come in just to shop are amateurs, and you shouldn’t waste your time going there.

YES! We usually save up to three spots for traditional food vendors, 2 spots for bakers, and up to 2 spots for drink / other food vendors.

What the heck does “Featuring Junk or Treat” mean?
Well, it is an annual tradition that the Autumn Edition features a “Junk or Treat” event toward the end of the show! We encourage parents to bring their kids down IN COSTUME to the show between 1:00pm – 2:30pm to partake in our third annual Junk or Treat event! Our vendors will be handing out candy to any kid in costume and this is the ONLY event in downtown Jackson where parents can shop yard sales at the same time as scoring candy for the kiddos! We will more than likely have a few special guests walking around in costume joining them as well this year! So be on the lookout!

Booths are $35 and for that you get a huge 30 ft x 20 ft area that includes 1 parking space for you to park right at your booth if you want!
