Rock Steady Boxing Jackson YMCA will hold an open house on Saturday, May 4 from 1-2:30 p.m. to promote awareness and education about Parkinson’s disease during the annual observance. Come observe a class and talk with the Rock Steady coaches; this is open to the public, and anyone is welcome to attend.
Rock Steady Boxing Jackson YMCA gives those living with Parkinson’s disease hope today by offering a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness routine proving to dramatically improve their quality of life.

Our Rock Steady Boxing classes are held at the Jackson YMCA Summit Branch. Each participant is evaluated prior to entering the program to assess their needs and goals.
