A final farewell to winter! Join us in multiple locations in downtown Jackson to have a little winter fun. Ice sculpting and treats in Bucky Harris Park. Target practice along the river walk at Consumers Energy Plaza Park and a nailed it ice sculpting competition in the East Side Corridor.
