Camp Liberty provides inclusive outdoor recreation opportunities that thank our troops and veterans for their service at no charge, aid in their reintegration into our communities and connect them with the beneficial resources. We also serve those with health and mobility challenges through our accessible outdoor recreation programs.

Upcoming Events:
We will be hosting an Open House to recognize our volunteers and Board of Directors, as well as review our annual report and strategic plan for 2024. We welcome all volunteers, as well as new volunteers to sign up for Committees, Events and Activities for this calendar year.

Donuts and coffee begin at 9:00 a.m. and there will be a light lunch served in the afternoon. We will be providing tours of the property, supplying informational for opportunities for members to assist with this year in helping our veterans. Our next upcoming events will include a Representative from the Volunteers of America on March 15th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. to learn more about mental health/suicide prevention. On March 16th we will be hosting a First Responders Pheasant Hunt, a free opportunity for Jackson County police, fire and EMS, however, you must register ahead of time, as only 20 hunters will be selected. On March 17th, we will be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt in partnership with WACU (Warriors and Caregivers United).
