The 4.5-acre site, owned by GKC Michigan Theatres, is being cleared to create a blank slate for potential buyers. The property, listed for $1.5 million, is located near Jackson Crossing, Home Depot, Target, and 1-94, making it a prime location for retail development.

Vandalism had plagued the building, and its demolition is expected to improve the site’s appeal. While there is no set timeline for the project’s completion, brokers anticipate interest from retailers due to low vacancy rates in the Jackson area.
