According to the bank, some customers have reported receiving calls that seem to come from a Hillsdale number. The caller claims to be from the bank’s fraud department and attempts to gather personal or account information.

Officials advise customers who receive such calls to hang up immediately and contact the bank directly at 517-439-4300 or 888-322-1088 to verify any concerns.
