Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — US Congressman Tim Walberg addressed his quote that made headlines saying that people who cannot produce a passport to prove they are US Citizens shouldn’t be voting. Congressman Walberg says the quote was taken out of context.
He was also able to speak about the recent conversations he’s had with Linda McMahon, President Trump’s pick to become US Education Secretary.
Congressman Walberg recently introduced a bill alongside Wisconsin Representative Tom Tiffany: the Protecting International Pipelines for Energy Security (PIPES) Act.
Walberg gave an example of the kinds of pipelines he wants to see protected, and addressed environmentalist opposition.
