A new Chick-fil-A restaurant is set to open in Jackson on Thursday, April 3. Located at 971 N. West Ave., the restaurant will offer dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, catering, and mobile ordering. Hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, with the drive-thru open until 10 p.m.

Chantay Bollinger has been named the local Owner-Operator. Originally from Perrysburg, Ohio, Bollinger brings years of experience with Chick-fil-A, including leadership roles in employee development and business operations. She says she’s excited to serve the Jackson community and create a welcoming environment for both guests and employees.

As part of the grand opening celebration, Chick-fil-A is donating $25,000 to the South Michigan Food Bank to support local hunger relief efforts. The restaurant will also provide free meals for a year to 100 local heroes.

For those interested in joining the Chick-fil-A team, the Jackson location plans to hire around 110 employees, offering competitive pay, career development, and scholarship opportunities.
