
Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — A man is in the hospital following a crash between a motorcycle and a car in Napoleon Township.
Emergency crews were called to the 10,000 block of Austin Road just after 3:20 Thursday afternoon. According to Assistant Fire Chief Jeremy Holbrook, the motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. Holbrook said the man was alive when he left the scene, but the extent of his injuries hasn’t been released.
Fire crews assisted with medical care and helped direct traffic around the crash site.
As of Thursday evening, police and fire officials were still working to piece together exactly what happened.
There’s no word yet on the condition of the car’s driver or any damage to the second vehicle.
