Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — Jake Cross, owner of Uncharted Film Co., recently purchased the old Beffel building in downtown Jackson. Once finished, it will include two businesses and three apartments. Cross, with the help of his father Clarence, have put in quite a bit of sweat equity. Hear more from Cross below:
