A trial date for a 32 year old Rosscommon County man has been set in the case of Evan Baker. He has been charged with multiple charges of stalking and Using a Computer to Commit a Crime. Authorities say that Baker harassed a Prudenville County administrator, sending hundreds of private emails that had nothing to do with her position. Even after being ordered to stop he proceeded to send 50 emails a day and leave voicemails. That occurred for over 2 months until his arrest. Each of the charges are misdemeanors with up to a year in prison. Trial is expected to start April 2024
