Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — At Jackson’s city council meeting Tuesday, the council was unanimously opposed to a plan to assess road repair costs to homeowners as brought forward by the city assessor.
Council snubbed the idea with a 6-0 vote. Mayor Daniel Mahoney told WKHM he wouldn’t sleep well voting for this plan and that they need something else. Listen to the full interview with Mayor Mahoney below.
