Jackson, MI (WKHM) – The Cascades Humane Society has stepped in to do their part in bringing joy to the community of Jackson, through The Bissel Project. Heather Leszczynski, Executive Director of the Cascades Humane Society, on WKHM spoke on their role in the project by bringing a shipment of puppies to Jackson.
