Jackson, Mich. — Roadwork on I-94 in Jackson resumes on Tuesday, March 7th. Work will proceed from M-99 to M-60.

The funding for this $162 million dollar project is made possible by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Rebuilding Michigan program. The program will help rebuild highways and bridges that are critical to the state’s economy and carry the most traffic. The investment strategy is aimed at fixes that result in longer useful lives and improves the condition of the state’s infrastructure.

The estimated end date for this section of roadwork is Tuesday, May 1st. The work requires single-lane closures on I-94 eastbound beginning at Michigan Ave to M-60. Motorists should expect delays.
