State Representative Kathy Schmaltz spoke with WKHM’s Greg O’Connor last Friday. After several weeks on the job, Schmaltz tells O’Connor that the wheels grind slowly.

O’Connor asked Schmaltz about the current atmosphere in the State’s Capital.

O’Connor also asked Schmaltz about Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s new proposal for sweeping tax cuts of up to a billion dollars with inflation relief checks. Schmaltz told O’Connor she did not have enough detail to comment.
