Ryan Kloack, a now former maintenance worker at Lumen Christi High School, has been charged with two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the 1st degree, and three counts of selling and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Kloack is being charged by the Ingham County Prosecutor, to avoid any conflict of interest.
Lumen Christi President Tim Dewitt told WLNS Kloack was terminated when they learned of the charges. Dewitt added that, to his knowledge, the incident did not involve any Lumen Christi students. Kloack was arraigned on Friday in the 12th District Court.
