The Jackson College women’s basketball team had a solid season winning 20 regular season games and earning the right to host a postseason game.  Freshman Daelyn Merillat was a big part of the Jets success.  Merillat, who is a graduate of Morenci High School, led the Jets in scoring with 14.9 ppg.  Merillat was second on the team in rebounds and assists.  Daelyn Merillat has been selected as the MCCAA Western Conference Freshman of the Year.  Additionally, merillat and Jets teammate Marissa Shaw from Pittsford were selected 2nd team all-conference.
