The Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues meet the Detroit Red Wings Thursday night in the NHL’s Kraft Hockeyville game at the historic Calumet Colosseum.

Brad Barnett runs the visitor and convention bureau in Keweenaw County and spoke to WKHM’s Greg O’Connor.

Calumet had to beat out several other small communities to get the game.

$150,000 in rink upgrades will go a long way in the Colosseum.
