Three people, including the wife and daughter of University of Wisconsin assistant coach Howard Moore,  were killed in a wrong-way crash on M-14 in Washtenaw County, northeast of Ann Arbor, early Saturday morning.

A 23 year-old Ann Arbor woman was driving in the wrong direction in the eastbound lane around 2AM when she struck Howard Moore’s vehicle, containing 4 people, head-on.

The driver of the wrong-way vehicle and Moore’s daughter were both pronounced dead at the scene.  Moore’s wife, Jennifer, died Saturday afternoon after she was taken off life support.

Moore and his son survived the crash with non life-threatening injuries.
