LifeWays recognizes the many achievements of the consumers we serve and our network of providers at our Annual Celebration.

Tickets to the event are required by all guests for admittance. Free general admission tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis for individuals who currently receive services through LifeWays Community Mental Health and our Provider Network only. General admission tickets are $10 each or included with table sponsorship.
