According to Jackson County Prosecutor Kelsey Guernsey, a jury has found Raymond Leon Allen guilty on charges of 1st Degree Home Invasion, 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, and Stalking. The charges are in relation to multiple incidents occurring at the victim’s residence in Blackman Township beginning on March 22, 2023. The maximum penalty for these charges are 20 years in prison for the 1st Degree Home Invasion and 15 years in prison for the 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. Stalking is a misdemeanor that carries up to 1 year in the county jail.

Prosecutor Guernsey thanked the jury for their service, the trial team consisting of Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys Stormie McGee and Meaghan McKeon, as well as Detective Jeremiah Wheeler from the Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety.

Allen remains lodged at the Jackson County Jail, and will be sentenced on May 5, 2025 at 9am in the courtroom of Judge Thomas Wilson.
