The City of Jackson has officially sold the Hayes Hotel to development group Collier Gibson according to Mayor Daniel Mahoney. The Mayor says that the sale took place this past Tuesday, and that he hopes this is the best news regarding the Hayes Hotel in 20 years.
Mayor Mahoney also gave his thoughts on what he likes about the plan and working with Collier Gibson.
The sale of the Hayes Hotel to Collier Gibson for $25,000 was approved by Jackson City Council during their City Council meeting on February 25.
