Some Michigan residents will need to find a new bank as Comerica Bank plans to close several branches in Washtenaw, Jackson, and Lenawee counties this spring.

The company says locations in Saline, Manchester, Grass Lake, Clinton, and Brooklyn will shut down on April 24. Comerica’s Matt Barnhart explained the decision, saying fewer people rely on in-person banking, and customers can use mobile, ATM, or phone services instead.

It’s unclear how many employees will be affected, and the bank did not comment on potential job losses.

Comerica, originally founded in Michigan over 175 years ago, now operates out of Dallas with over 190 locations statewide.
