We asked Senator Shink about the pension raid on the teachers. She said there are more discretionary dollars for the schools, and pension fund at 100%:

The good: Besides Andy’s Angels and the Hayes Hotel project, money for the County Court Building (security) and ‘Residents in Action’:

Shink says, however, there is not enough money for local roads:
