Klein Steel, a New York based carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper and specialty metals company, was purchased by Alro Steel of Jackson, Michigan.

Klein’s existing metals service center facilities and Express Metals Outlets in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse will continue operation under Alro Steel.

Randy Glick, CEO of Alro Steel, had this to say in a press release:
